Get to work with Module 1: Improve Your Body Awareness
Whether you are here because you are in pain, looking to improve your body awareness, build your physique, or increase your performance in your sport, this program will guide you in the right direction to achieve your physical goals! You will achieve success by learning and connecting with your body, establishing daily habits, and shifting your mindset. YOU have the power to control your body, your pain, and your health.
Phase 1 of the MoveU Program is not filled with high impact or overly complex movements. Rather, this phase is meant to get you prepared for those complex movements. Learning to control your pelvic tilt, activate your glutes, engage your core, hinge at the hips, balance, and stabilize the scapula are key ingredients to creating beautiful and controlled movement patterns that will support any activity in your life.
While doing the movements in this program, we encourage you to use mirrors and utilize the MoveU community to connect with other members, share successes, and to engage with weekly coaching calls, challenges, and Q&A's
